Complete CORE Chiropractic

Corporate Wellness Program

Complete Core Chiropractic believes in investing in the CORE of your business; your employees. We will develop a custom corporate wellness program based on the needs of your company, and our goal is to maximize your ROI (Return on Investment). On-site wellness programs offer many employer and employee benefits, including increasing employee health and team morale, as well as decreasing PTO and sick leave.

Why should you consider implementing a Corporate Wellness Program?

A recent Harvard University study shows that for every $1 that a company spends on Corporate Wellness Programs, there is a decrease of $2.73 on absenteeism-related costs for the company. So many companies suffer and are even run out of business by work-comp cases, absenteeism, and workplace injuries. We want to help you avoid that. Every dollar invested into your employees is an investment into your business and has many benefits for both employees and employers.

Employer benefits

Reduced overall cost of healthcare

Chiropractic care is one of the best forms of preventative care available. It can prevent small aches and pains from becoming debilitating conditions that require intensive treatment. The more intensive treatment employees require, the higher the employer’s overall healthcare costs will be. In addition, utilizing chiropractic care for your employees will cause them to take less time off for doctor’s appointments or to be out of work for weeks or months at a time to treat these debilitating conditions. This is especially true for companies that employ workers who sit at a desk for long periods of time, or do any sort of physical work or are moving objects around daily.

Improved employee and team morale

Employees like to feel appreciated. When employers bring in a service like on-site chiropractic care, employees know their well-being is cared about. Many are happy to have this additional “perk” of working for their employer. Our healthy living workshops also provide an opportunity for employees to gather and increase team morale, while at the same time teaching them about their physical health and wellness.

Cost-effective use of healthcare funds

Instead of conducting a wellness program that is aimed at smokers or overweight employees only, for example, on-site chiropractic services reach a far wider audience making them more cost-effective and far-reaching than more targeted wellness programs. Chiropractic care is safe and effective for all your employees, regardless of their gender, age, or if they are pregnant or have previous health conditions.

Employee Benefits

Less use of PTO

When a chiropractor comes to their place of employment, workers don’t have to use PTO to get to their appointments. In as short amount of time as a coffee break, they can get their treatment and be back to the desk without having to touch their PTO accruals. Preventative care also stops them from having to use longer periods of PTO for surgery or more extensive medical care.

Improved overall health

Employees feel better when they’re not in pain. Chiropractic treatments can alleviate aches and pains in a quick and non-invasive manner. Chiropractors also focus on whole body wellness. This means the Doctor of Chiropractic can advise the patient about lifestyle choices and be a resource for healthier living. Chiropractic care has also been shown to reduce stress and increase quality of sleep. Healthy employees are happy (and productive) employees!

Individualized care

An on-site chiropractor can address each employee’s individual needs and health concerns on a wide range of topics. If referrals to a specialist or diagnostic imaging are needed, the Doctor of Chiropractic can provide those as well. This can cut down on the number of employees who put off seeing a doctor because it’s inconvenient to do so and put patients in touch with the right specialist sooner.

How does it work?

  1. We will evaluate your company to determine which of our services are right for you. In order to determine which of your programs will be most useful, we will look at some of the following to help show the progress of the program:

How much will it cost?

  • One option is for the company to pay the chiropractor a set fee based on a monthly contract. The fee is determined based on the number of hours the chiropractor is expected to be on-site and/or the number of patients he or she is expected to treat.

  • Another popular option is a company subsidized plan. The employer will set up the contract with the chiropractor and pay a portion of the fee with employees who use the service paying the rest of the fee at the time of treatment. This is often popular with employees because we can offer large discounts. (For example, a normal visit to the chiropractor costs around $75-$100. We typically charge $40/patient in this program)
